How long does a driveway or house wash take?
A standard single driveway takes 1 to 2 hours, and a single-storey house wash usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours. Larger or heavily soiled properties can take half a day. We'll give you a firm time window when we confirm your booking so you can plan around it.
Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?
Not when the right method is used. Houses and roofs are soft-washed at low pressure with a cleaning solution, which protects paint, render, mortar and roof tiles. Concrete and driveways take higher pressure safely, while timber decks are washed gently along the grain. We match the pressure and treatment to each surface and test a small area first.
Are your cleaning chemicals and water use environmentally friendly?
Yes. We use biodegradable, low-toxicity treatments that are safe for gardens, pets and lawns — we pre-wet and cover plants as needed. Our equipment uses water efficiently and, because the job is done properly the first time, there's no need for harsh repeat treatments.
